About this service
Osteopathy is a gentle form of manual therapy based on the philosophy that the structure of your body directly affects how it will function, and that it functions collectively as a whole. This means if there is a restriction or pain in one area, then all other parts of the body will be affected in some way.
My role as an osteopathic practitioner is to find the root cause of this restriction by using an in depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and collective mechanics.
Osteopathy follows a belief in the body's ability to self-regulate and self-heal. It focuses on facilitating the health of joints and muscles, helping to strengthen the framework of the body, ensuring optimal function of the nervous, lymphatic and circulatory systems.
